“The most unprofessional and unethical staff I’ve ever encountered— after two men in all black bang on our hotel room door at 4am who refuse to announce themselves then began to threaten us, cursing that he would take us out in handcuffs right then. I’m appalled at the level of mismanagement here because when I, concerned and feeling threatened, called the front desk to see if these in fact were hotel employees they did not take out concerns seriously and sided that their security was doing their job. I’ve never in my life had such a supremely awful and scary experience where I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the hotel room I paid for. What a disappointment and can happily say we will never stay with a Hampton Inn or affiliate ever again.”

“A equipe menos profissional e antiética que já encontrei - depois de dois homens vestidos de preto baterem na porta do nosso quarto de hotel às 4 da manhã que se recusaram a se anunciar e começaram a nos ameaçar, xingando que ele nos levaria algemados naquele momento. Estou chocado com o nível de má gestão aqui, porque quando eu, preocupado e me sentindo ameaçado, liguei para a recepção para ver se eles eram de fato funcionários do hotel, eles não levaram as preocupações a sério e consideraram que sua segurança estava fazendo seu trabalho. Eu nunca na minha vida tive uma experiência tão horrível e assustadora em que eu nem mesmo me sentisse confortável dormindo no quarto de hotel que paguei. O que é uma decepção e posso dizer que nunca iremos ficar com um Hampton Inn ou afiliado nunca mais.”
