Very glad this was just a stop over stay. The room we had, had a great view of the downtown area. We ordered a crib for our littlest and it was brought in and had crumbs and old food in the corners of it. She ended up sleeping in the bed with us. The trash cans are really small in the room, but I did try to organize what couldn't fit on the table so it was easier to clean up for maid service. The beds were very uncomfortable and we were short pillows, which the pillows as soon as you lay on them they flatten. The elevators are cool the way the hotel is setup you can see everything as you go up and down. If it's for a quick stay I would recommend, but we won't be going back to this location.

Staff could be a little more pleasant. They were short and rude. We didn't get our diamond member bag when we arrived. Rooms were nice and clean though and was good for 1 night stay.

I give this a 5-star review but I wanted to do 4.5 as most everything was convenient and well-maintained. However, after approving late check out house keeping attempted to enter the room twice… once before regular checkout and once before late checkout. It was a small stain on an otherwise well-planned weekend. And yes, the line for breakfast was extremely long… took about 30min but the wait was worth it. We had massages at Treat Your feet and dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The convenience of location was one of the draws and it didn’t disappoint. The valet service was efficient and top-notch. I was very pleased with the stay overall. We made a plan to come back.

Ms. Tracy and Ms. Taylor were great help checking in and updating my room. The maintenance guy was real helpful with places to go get something to eat. Only problem was the a/c didn't work the first night but they offered to move me to another room but I chose to wait until the morning to have it fixed. Overall it was a great place to stay.

My stay here was lovely. I will definitely return. The pros: Staff was friendly and courtesy. The hotel is modern, clean enough, and smels nice with a nice ambiance.My room was lovely and clean, and I loved the contemporary modern design. It was on the 16th floor, so I had a spectacular view of the city. However, while in the shower or washing my hand the hot water would go out. The garage definitely needs some security and cleaning (so much trash)! I got to breakfast around 8am, and there were 4 people in line, so I really didn't wait beyond 5 minutes to be served by the 3 breakfast staff that were serving items. However, when leaving around 10am, there were 20+ people in line. So definitely choose th time you go wisely. I was disappointed that there wasn't any omelet station! (This is what embassy is known for!!) I'd definitely be back due to the clean room and great view.

Room Quality - I paid for an upgraded room that had holes in the bedroom wall and at the front door. Although my upgrade was for a city view, my view consisted of parking lots. Housekeeping - I observed and eventually had to clean several strands of hair from the shower walls. Requested clean-up, fresh towels, and soap and only received towels. Trash cans in lobby/elevator to garage areas were overflowing daily. I walked past the same cups and hair accessory on the floor from check-in on the night of day 1 to check out the morning of day 4. It was clear that quality assurance and maintenance were not important factors at this location. Customer Service - I sent a message regarding my concerns during my stay and the response I received did not offer any effort to correct, but said to let them know if they could do something to make my stay better next time. As if I would return! I went to the front desk and inquired if Kyle (the person who replied) was a manager. Kyle informed me that she was not, and that was the message her supervisor told her to send. Her excuse for there being no attempt to rectify the situation was that people usually come to the front desk when they have a problem. That was a poor excuse! After calling down for assistance and only receiving towels and having to clean the bathroom myself, it made no sense to stand in a long line to complain again therefore a complaint in writing made more sense to me. My digital key didn't work, and when I requested to have a key brought up to me so that I could get in, I was told no and to come back down! As clearly stated , customer service and quality were truly lacking. I have frequented the Hilton brand for business and personal trips for many years, and I specifically favor the Embassy Suites whenever possible. However, this by far was the worst experience I have had. I definitely expected better in Buckhead, especially as a Hilton brand. Despite those issues, I will say I did appreciate and enjoy the gym, complimentary breakfast, and happy hour.

Em primeiro lugar, o banheiro estava sujo e o chão tinha secado vômito. Eu tenho fotos. O creme para o café tinha caroços. Nenhum dos telefones funciona no quarto. O microondas estava sujo.. Estava imundo! Pedi algum tipo de compensação mas não recebo nada! Eu não recomendaria ficar lá porque eu sinto que eles nem limparam os quartos…

O cara da recepção, TJ, foi incrível. Muito útil e gentil. O pobre parecia estar trabalhando na recepção, serviço de limpeza, manobrista e gerente. O quarto era fantástico e a vista era a melhor !! Desvantagens ... nós esperamos na fila para o café da manhã por 20 minutos apenas para nos movermos cerca de 4 pés. Nós finalmente saímos e tomamos o café da manhã na rua. A senhora atrás do balcão foi super simpática e super lenta. Estávamos todos acordados por volta das 7h30, já que as empregadas estavam falando alto no corredor, perto das 6h da manhã. E eu quero dizer ALTO. O estacionamento era apertado, mas não havia muito do que reclamar.

My stay was pleasant at the Embassy Suites with the exception of dirty towels and linens until…I went to have breakfast not realizing it was over an hour earlier on weekdays and asked if there were any leftovers, I would appreciate if we could have?I was told I could not be serviced as breakfast was over (understandable)but the employee was very rude(not understandable). Upper management witnessed my experience and intervened.Tangy introduced herself as a new member of the team to the employee and asked if I could be assisted? The employee continued to be rude to myself and Tangy because he did not like the response from her. Tangy continued to be professional the ENTIRE time!The employee went to speak to someone serving the food who was very unprofessional. After hearing their conversation I realized she was his supervisor!!! You’re lead by example and this employee and his supervisor I realize are not a direct reflection of the Embassy Suites Team with the exceptional customer I experienced with Tangy.I typically don’t give reviews but Im sending with hopes that management review and share with the employee and his supervisor how important customer service is and acknowledge the standout service provided by Tangy after an unpleasant experience.I want the Management Team to understand that Tangy is an asset to your company and this location because of her my family and I are going to book multiple rooms again for another night stay!A few eggs and a SMILE (I felt it from behind the mask)can give a good start to your day. I love Hilton and Embassy Suites, but this one missed the mark. The front desk was extremely friendly, but unfortunately that's all that was nice. We had to move rooms three times: the first had a horrid cigarette smell, and the second had a strong marijuana smell. The third room still smelled like smoke, but we gave up since it seems all the rooms smell that way. We woke up at night to our neighbor smoking and it came through the vent. For Hilton quality, this is unacceptable.Breakfast in the morning was disappointed for the quality of Embassy Suites: no omelette line, and a single line serving the entire hotel with two people working. Picture attached, we waited in line 30mins to get breakfast.

First of all, the bathroom was dirty and the floor had dried up vomit on it. I have pictures. The creamer for the coffee had lumps in it. Neither one of the phones work in the room. The microwave was dirty.. It was filthy! I asked for some type of compensation but I receive nothing! I would not recommend staying there because I feel like they didn’t even clean the rooms…

The front desk guy, TJ, was amazing. Very helpful and kind. Poor thing looked like he was working front desk, housekeeping, valet, and manager. The room was fantastic and the view was the best!!Drawbacks...we waited in line for breakfast for 20 minutes only to move about 4 ft. We finally left and got breakfast down the street. The little lady behind the counter was super friendly and super slow. We were all up by 7:30 since the maids were talking loudly in the hallway since close to 6am. And I mean LOUDLY. Parking was tight, but not too much to complain about.

I was highly disappointed with this property. Breakfast food was cold, the fountain drinks was low and ran out of drinks with no one refilling. The bartender during the Evening Reception was rude and served a Peach mixed drink; guest had no other choice. When booking and speaking with management (And I did), it should have been explained in advance any changes to the tradition and amenities. I arrived early and the front desk staff who was rude should have made reasonable attempts to accommodate me (Honor member and a Veteran).I feel I am due for a complimentary free stay and/or Honor points to cover a full stay at any Embassy Suite. El hotel cuando uno entra es bonito, pero lo encontre oscuro mala la iluminacion, el espacio para desayunar es chico cuando esta a su maxima capacidad no hay lugar, el desayuno normal poca reposicion, la limpieza horrible de los 8 dias el baño no lo limpiaron nunca y con suerte estiraban la cama, lo poco que solicite lo resolvieron, en la tarde dan una merienda que salva por que esta lejos de todo y los restaurantes de la zona no son economicos pero esta cerca del metro.

Excelente ubicacion, limpio, servicio inigual,amplio parking, facil acceso a tiendas y autopista.
