Location was fantastic! We walked to the Boston Symphony Orchestra, about 20 minutes away. Newbury Street was about a 35 minute wall. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Service was fine. We are easy going so didn't need to bug the staff at all. The room had a hole in the rug, and the bathtubs bath drain under the faucet was missing. Other than those two things, beds were comfortable, pillows were nice, lots of space. Localização foi fantástica! Caminhamos até a Orquestra Sinfônica de Boston, a cerca de 20 minutos de distância. Good location for exploring downtown Boston. We were upgraded to a larger corner room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the room looked out over a busy crossroad junction. Traffic included police and emergency services vehicles. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Self service breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Handy to have the use of a multi storey car park just across a minor access road. Boa localização para explorar o centro de Boston. Nós foram atualizados para um quarto maior de canto no 3º andar. Hotel was nice, area around the hotel was not. Do not expect to use a roku or similar device. There was no way to change the input on the TV monitor or remote. I have noticed hotels making changes like this so you have to rent their On Demand. Because, of this, I will not stay here again. I am not a fan of cable and commercials. Hotel era bom, área ao redor do hotel não era. Não espere usar um roku ou dispositivo similar. Não havia como alterar a entrada no monitor de TV ou no controle remoto. Tenho notado que os hotéis estão fazendo mudanças como essa, então você tem que alugar o On Demand. Porque, disso, não vou ficar aqui novamente. Eu não sou um fã de cabo e comerciais.

Staff was friendly, got a welcome gift for being Diamond. Issues: Even with your key, you can only use the main entrance door ( cannot even buzz in or anything) leaving me more vulnerable walking down a dark street to get to the open door. Comforter in my room was covered in stains that looked like dry blood, I called the front desk and the very quickly brought me a blanket, but was not a comforter and I was cold all night. Breakfast was decent, hotel was clean, great staff and security. A equipe foi amigável, recebeu um presente de boas-vindas por ser Diamond. Problemas: Mesmo com sua chave, você só pode usar a porta de entrada principal (não pode nem entrar ou qualquer coisa) me deixando mais vulnerável andando por uma rua escura para chegar à porta aberta. O edredom no meu quarto estava coberto de manchas que pareciam sangue seco, liguei para a recepção e eles rapidamente me trouxeram um cobertor, mas não era um edredom e fiquei com frio a noite toda. O café da manhã era decente, o hotel era limpo, excelente equipe e segurança.

Reasonable price, freshly renovated and quality rooms. Basic pool on 8th floor with a nice view. Friendly, professional and welcoming reception and security staff. Shout out to the cook for the quality breakfast buffet each morning which allowed everyone a feed before exploring the city. Convenient paid parking at facility across the road. The only negative observation was the hotels' close proximity to a homeless camp across the intersection. A lot of people begging as you walked or drove nearby, and a lot of police and ambulance sirens to hear for those in rooms on the adjacent side of the building. Front desk staff were less than helpful. The area around the hotel is not good. There was a lot of homeless and it is pretty isolated. While on hotel property I felt safe, but wouldn’t go beyond that.Many businesses in the area were closed so if you needed anything you had to Uber or taxi. Also since it is right next to a hospital it was noisy. The housekeepers were lovely and so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The security and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful too! A equipe da recepção foram menos do que útil. A área ao redor do hotel não é boa. Havia muitos sem-teto e é bastante isolado. I came to this hotel for my birthday with my daughter and we stayed for 3 days. My room floor was filthy, the pool room was filthy, and the pool water was dirty and filled with hair. We did enjoy overall everything else. The breakfast was simply awesome, and we enjoyed working out in thee gym.

While my stay was pleasant and comfortable as I expected I was greeted an offered an upgrade which would've been if It a better view better room had me wondering what my room would've looked like without the upgrade. My true disappointment came when I noticed a large cracked in the bathroom sink.Needless to say I had to rub my finger across it to access the danger of what if this thing shattered it was definitely sharp and raised enough to cause harm. I believe this room was also handicap accessible

Cuartos limpios y cómodos, pero muy mala ubicación (peligroso) y muy mal servicio (daños en agua caliente, electricidad, limpieza de comedor, desayuno malísimo, gimnasio anticuado).

I loved my one day stay here. Was a little worried seeing some reviews stating lack of hot water. But we had that and everything else. Peaceful and quiet in our room. A comfortable room and bed. Informative and friendly front desk associate. Great breakfast. Very accommodating cleaning lady. Would recommend for a stay if you're looking to kick back and relax privately in your room.

Mala atención por parte del personal, mala información hacerca de la limpieza de la habitación, en 6 días nunca limpiaron la habitación, la ubicación no es la mejor, no hay restaurantes cerca, no se puede caminar por los alrededores

Muy buena atención, las habitaciones son super cómodas, el hotel muy bonito, limpio y completo, el desayuno buffet delicioso y muy variado. Me encantó! En especial la galletas de avena y chispas de chocolate que ponen en el lobby por la tarde/noche y la barra de bebidas calientes que está disponible las 24horas ♡

Esta muy bien, el personal muy amable, el desayuno es bastante completo y variado, tienetienen transporte público cerca y es de fácil acceso

No tiene parking, hay que pagar por el adicional. Pero el desayuno buffet fue excelente, el ambiente y restaurantes adyacentes. Recomendado! Céntrico si tienes auto rentado y/o propio.

El hotel está bien. El desayuno está por debajo del nivel del hotel. Lo peor la ubicación en un barrio lleno de drogadictos ( narcosala??). Constantmente sirenas de policía y ambulancias. Se agradecen los tapones de los oídos que dejan. No volvería.

Las habitaciones son regulares. Lo peor de este hotel es la ubicación, hay cerca una cárcel, un centro de adicciones. La zona es muy insegura para llegar de noche. Aunque los servicios son buenos y la limpieza también, yo ya no me volvería a hospedar aquí. Hay un McDonald's cerca.
