O quarto era limpo, moderno, confortável e espaçoso. O hotel tem água macia. O chuveiro era relaxante. O café da manhã de cortesia todas as manhãs foi fantástico, fresco, muitas opções e funcionários presentes e sorridentes se oferecendo para ajudar. Primeiro, eles não encheram o desinfetante para as mãos perto dos elevadores nos 3 dias em que estive lá. Eu os deixei saber várias vezes nas quais eles disseram que fariam isso. A recepção não sabia como fazer a TV funcionar, então pedi que eles me colocassem imediatamente em outra sala se a manutenção não pudesse chegar lá em breve. Eu estava ficando para me recuperar da cirurgia, então isso foi importante ... então, 16 horas e meia dúzia de ligações telefônicas entre a recepção e a manutenção ... meu segundo dia lá liguei para o fabricante da TV e consertei sozinho conversando sobre o processo em 20 conversa telefônica de minuto. Fiz isso porque a manutenção do hotel FINALMENTE me disse que eu ainda estava em quarto lugar na lista de tarefas deles (16 horas depois) e eles não sabiam quando poderiam vir para o quarto.Estou pensando em ficar aqui novamente em algumas semanas. Esta teria sido uma estadia de 5 estrelas se o problema com a TV fosse resolvido pelo próprio hotel em tempo hábil e se eles mantivessem o desinfetante cheio e cumprissem sua palavra. Apesar de tudo, era um ótimo hotel e agora eu sei que devo levar meu próprio desinfetante para as mãos quando for por todo o hotel, trazer meu próprio travesseiro e se houver algo de errado com o quarto, imediatamente mudar para um novo. Obrigado Hyatt pelo quarto confortável e café da manhã quente!

La habitación estaba limpia, era moderna, cómoda y espaciosa. El hotel dispone de agua blanda. La ducha fue relajante. El desayuno de cortesía cada mañana fue fantástico, fresco, con muchas opciones y empleados presentes y sonrientes que se ofrecieron a ayudar. Todos los empleados fueron amables, pero si necesita mantenimiento, es posible que no lo reciba y hay escasez de almohadas. La ubicación cuenta con un buen aparcamiento sin asistencia. Justo en frente del hotel hay un ambiente divertido de restaurantes / bares / salones. Disfruté mirando por la ventana la vista de esto. La piscina estaba abierta, pero no la usé. El camarero del hotel era amable e hizo buenas bebidas. El café de autoservicio gratuito las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, estaba delicioso. Solo tuve dos problemas con el hotel. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The hotel has soft water. The shower was relaxing. The complimentarybreakfast each morning was fantastic, fresh, lots of options and employees present and smiling offering to help. The employees were all friendly, but if you need maintenance you may not receive it and they had a shortage of pillows. The location has good self parking. Right in front of the hotel is a fun atmosphere of restaurants/bars/salons. I enjoyed looking out the window at the view of this. The pool was open, but I did not use it. The hotel bartender was friendly and made good drinks. The complimentary self serve 24/7 coffee tasted good. I only had two problems with the hotel. First, they did not fill the hand sanitizer by the elevators the 3 days I was there. I let them know multiple times in which they said they would do so. When I first arrived to my room I inspected the cleanliness and was happy. The TV was large, but not working. The front desk did not know how to make the TV work, so I asked for them to immediately put me in another room if maintenance couldn’t get to it soon. I was staying to recover from surgery so that was important… so 16 hours and half a dozen phone calls between the front desk l and maintenance… my second day there I called the TV manufacturer and fixed it myself being talked through the process over a 20 minute phone conversation. I did this because hotel maintenance FINALLYtold me that I was still fourth on their to do list (16 hours later) and they didn’t know when they would be able to come to the room.I plan on staying here again in a few weeks. This would have been a 5 star stay if the TV issue was resolved by the hotel themselves in a timely manner and if they kept sanitizer full and stayed true to their word. Regardless, it was great hotel and now I know to carry my own hand sanitizer when going throughout the hotel, to bring my own pillow and if anything is wrong with the room to immediately move to a new one. Thank you Hyatt for the comfortable room and hot breakfast!

Excelente localização ao lado da IKEA e ao lado de um monte de novos restaurantes. Salas limpas. Um pouco barulhento entre os quartos. Chuveiro estava super escorregadio - tenha cuidado! Excelente café da manhã e café da manhã. Teresa, a atendente do café da manhã, foi muito simpática e prestou um ótimo serviço. Excelente ubicación al lado de IKEA y justo al lado de un montón de nuevos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias. Un poco ruidoso entre habitaciones. La ducha estaba muy resbaladiza, ¡ten cuidado! Gran desayuno y café por la mañana. Teresa, la encargada del desayuno, fue muy amable y brindó un gran servicio. La recepción también fue servicial y brindó un buen servicio cuando solicitamos una cuna.

Great place to stay when you are away. Great staff and service! Always helpful when you need anything. Great service in the morning for breakfast, during evening time need an adult beverage great service and staff!! Thanks for the great service for all of the different functions that was going on at the same time in the area. We will be back, Thank you again!

Great location next to IKEA and right next to a bunch of new restaurants. Clean rooms. A little noisy between rooms. Shower was super slippery - be careful! Great breakfast and coffee in the morning. Teresa the breakfast attendant was very friendly and provided great service. Front desk was also helpful and provided good service when we requested a crib.

Hyatt Fishers was the hotel we used for our wedding weekend and it was amazing. Located in the Fishers District it made it very convenient for our all our guests to be able to find things to do and eat. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional and ensured everything went smoothly with all our guests. Special thanks to Kristi Rankin for handling our wedding block and being flexible with ensuring all our guests were taken care of!
