“The hotel had promise, but I was disappointed. Hampton Inns have always been a great value for the price compared to the other Hilton brands.
First, the location is perfect. You are right on the beach, free parking, free and really good hot and cold breakfast, and a short walk to the pier, restaurants and shops.
The entire property needs a refresh. The carpet in the room was more than filthy. I had walked around barefoot for just a few minutes and the bottom of my feet were black, so I wore shoes the entire time. I've spent enough time in hotels to know the carpet is not going to be perfectly clean, but I've never had that much dirt on the bottom of my feet before.
No shampoo or soap in the room; we had to chase down two housekeeping staff and eventually went down to the front desk.
No late checkout for Diamond Members, which was annoying.
Only pool is indoor. The outside pool that appears to be connected to the hotel belongs to the hotel next door, so if you are looking at pics, beware.
If you know all of this going in and choose this property, then you should be satisfied with your stay.”

Além disso, os itens alimentares no café da manhã não rotulados. Não posso comer carne de porco - a omelete pré-preparada tinha presunto. POR FAVOR, rotule sua comida. E preste atenção à configuração - por exemplo: a torradeira deve estar perto do pão ... faz sentido lógico. Em vez disso, a torradeira fica do lado do saguão. O café já esteve frio; esvaziar outra hora ...”
